Every Year Kerala Produces Thousands Of Graduates With Ideas, And Thousands Of Small Business Owners Who Have Run Out Of Road. Very Few Of Them Have A Clear Path Forward. Startup E+ Is That Path — A Single Pipeline From Raw Idea To Registered, Funded Company, Built With IIM Kozhikode, NIT Calicut, IIT Madras And Kerala Startup Mission.
Each phase carries a founder further than the last, and no one has to start at the beginning. The pathway meets people wherever they already are.
Entrepreneurship begins inside schools, colleges, youth clubs and women's collectives. Dedicated Entrepreneurship Clubs (E-Clubs) introduce business thinking as a natural part of learning and community life, turning youth energy toward productive pursuits, and helping women's collectives shape everyday skills into real consumer brands and services.
The Startup Caravan travels across towns, schools and colleges, bringing interactive sessions and on-the-spot registration directly to students and youth, while opening an accessible entry point for women in areas where formal business networks are harder to reach. It is also a first point of contact for struggling entrepreneurs seeking guidance.
Structured hackathons, run separately for students, youth and women, convert loose ideas into early business models built around real regional problems. Alongside them, a dedicated diagnostic track reviews existing struggling ventures to identify exactly what is holding them back.
The Startup Conclave delivers hands-on training in legal compliance, unit economics and operations, helping students and young founders structure their ideas, and women-led ventures formalise and scale. A parallel stabilisation track supports struggling businesses in correcting course and rebuilding a sustainable footing.
From validated student ideas to scaling youth businesses, formalising women-led enterprises and recovered businesses, refined ventures are presented to banks, investors and funding partners through the Investors' Meet, connecting local ideas to real growth capital.

You do not need a registered company or a finished product to begin: no one has to start at the first phase, and the pathway meets people wherever they already are.
It runs in five phases. Entrepreneurship Clubs inside schools, colleges, youth clubs and women's collectives build the foundation. Your application goes to the Startup E+ office, where it is read by the team working that portal. The form asks for what they need to place you: who you are, where you are based, and where you have got to. There is nothing to do while you wait, and the office gets in touch on the email and number you give.
The Aspirant is for students, recent graduates and anyone with an idea or a business they have not registered yet. The Beginner is for registered startups and new micro-enterprises, roughly 0-2 years old, working through launch, product-market fit and first customers. If you are between the two, pick the one that describes where you are today - the office moves people across where it makes sense.
